Order processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number.
International shipping
We currently ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after dispatch.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Maison Victoire Paris is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at maisonvictoireparis@gmail.com — we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Lost or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at maisonvictoireparis@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos if applicable — we will work with you to find the best resolution.
